About Role:
Job Title: ZOHO Implementation Specialist Finance & CRM
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time, operating from office, Visits to customer locations pan India as required by project
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Profile / Skills:
- Accounting background with hands-on Zoho Books / Finance Plus implementation experience
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM implementation and configuration
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting practices and GST
- Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books or similar)
- Zoho Finance / Zoho CRM certification (preferred)
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel PAN India for customer projects
Business & Requirement Analysis:
- Understand customer accounting workflows, invoicing, taxation, compliance, and sales processes
- Gather detailed business requirements related to finance, GST, CRM, lead management, pipelines, and reporting
- Map existing processes to Zoho Books / Finance Plus and Zoho CRM modules
Zoho Finance Implementation:
- Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, Expense, and related finance modules
- Set up chart of accounts, GST taxes, invoices, purchase orders, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with Indian statutory and GST requirements
Zoho CRM Implementation:
- Configure CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and assignment rules
- Set up user roles, profiles, security controls, and data access policies
- Create reports and dashboards as per customer requirements
Data Migration & Validation:
- Migrate data from legacy systems (Excel, accounting software, or other CRMs)
- Validate opening balances, ledgers, master data, and reports post-migration
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
User Training & Go-Live Support:
- Conduct user training sessions for finance, accounts, and sales teams
- Support UAT, go-live, hyper-care, and post-implementation stabilization
- Prepare basic user documentation where required
Post-Implementation Support & Enhancements:
- Provide L1/L2 support post go-live
- Handle finance and CRM-related queries
- Implement enhancements, change requests, and process improvements
Internal Coordination & Pre-Sales Support:
- Work closely with internal technical consultants for integrations and customizations between Zoho CRM, Zoho Finance, and third-party applications outside the Zoho ecosystem
- Provide functional and implementation inputs during solution design and pre-sales discussions when required
