Role & responsibilities

Expertise in troubleshooting Windows Server 2003,2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 related issues.

Require knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, & DHCP monitoring & management.

Require knowledge on windows server patching & windows failover clustering.

Working knowledge of installing and troubleshooting windows applications, server roles & feature.

Experience in troubleshooting Hyper V infrastructure.

Require knowledge on Snapshots, Clone. Server migration etc.

Experience in troubleshooting Azure VDI Issue

Knowledge of ITIL process & IT service management.

Candidate should be willing to work in a shift based 24*5 environment.
