Role: Web Application Support

Stack: Java, PHP, MySQL, AWS

Role Overview: Seeking two resources (1 Senior Lead, 1 Developer) to provide L2/L3 production support, debugging, and maintenance for a hybrid Java/PHP environment on AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Incident Resolution: Analyze logs, debug, and patch bugs in Java & PHP.
• Database Support: Run complex MySQL queries for data investigation and fixes.
• Cloud Ops: Monitor system health and logs via AWS (CloudWatch, EC2, RDS).
• [Important for Lead role] Incident Command: Manage high-severity outages, SLAs, and client communication.
• [Important for Lead role] RCA: Conduct Root Cause Analysis for recurring issues to ensure stability.

Requirements:

• Experience: 46 years (Developer) | 10+ years (Lead).
• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Java, PHP, and MySQL (Legacy code support).
• AWS: Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and monitoring in AWS.
• Core Skills: Strong debugging, ticket management (Jira), and documentation skills.
• [Lead Only]: Experience in Architecture/Migrations and team mentorship.
• U.S. time zone (EST) overlap.

Nice-to-Have:

• Oracle ERP Integration / API Integration experience.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications.
