We are looking for a highly intellectual, communication-strong UI/UX Designer who brings product ownership, business understanding, and solution-driven thinking to every project.

Role Overview

The UI/UX Designer will play a critical role in product conceptualization and execution ? working closely with business stakeholders to understand real-world practices, identify challenges, define problem statements, propose solutions, and translate them into well-designed application workflows and screen layouts.

The ideal candidate will not only design interfaces, but own the product experience end-to-end, ensuring usability, clarity, and business value at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Problem Definition

• Work closely with business teams to deeply understand their processes, practices, and operational challenges.
• Convert business challenges into clear problem statements and well-defined solution approaches.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and requirement analysis.
• Create personas, user journeys, and experience maps grounded in practical business scenarios.

Solution Ideation & Product Design

• Participate actively in solution discussions and propose design-led approaches to business problems.
• Define application workflows, navigation structures, and interaction models.
• Translate solution concepts into wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and clickable prototypes.
• Continuously refine designs through feedback, validation, and usability testing.

Visual & Interaction Design

• Design modern, intuitive, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency through design systems, reusable components, and UI standards.
• Deliver high-fidelity screen layouts optimized for responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser performance.

Collaboration & Product Ownership

• Act as the design owner of the product, driving experience quality from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, QA, and leadership.
• Support development teams with clear design documentation and smooth design-to-development handoff.
• Stay involved throughout the SDLC to ensure final output matches design intent and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant UI/UX experience in building business or enterprise applications.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Strong command of Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and design thinking.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive design frameworks.
• Strong awareness of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Outstanding communication skills ? able to explain ideas clearly to business and technical teams.
• Ability to convert complex business problems into elegant, practical design solutions.
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and high design standards.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and agile product development.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing large-scale enterprise systems or business dashboards.
• Exposure to front-end technologies (React, Angular, .NET) for effective collaboration.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and SEO-friendly UI practices.
