Job Description:

Supports infrastructure automation using configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform). Responsible for writing automation scripts, managing deployment pipelines, and integrating with ServiceNow for change tracking. Operates at an L1.5 level, suitable for junior professionals with foundational automation experience.
Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
? 13 years of experience in infrastructure automation
? Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Shell)
? Exposure to configuration tools like Chef or Puppet and IaC tools like Terraform
? Understanding of ServiceNow change and incident modules
? Willingness to learn and grow in DevOps practices
