Employment Information
  • Provide technical support to IBM Verify Governance customers.
  • Identity, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and resolve.
  • Interface with Product Engineering team.
  • Ready to work 24
  • 7 on call support as well as weekend support on rotation basis.
  • Document technical issues and work with engineering team to provide defect fixes.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Hands-on experience with IBM Identity Manager, IBM Directory Integrator, IBM Directory Server, IBM Verify Governance
  • Familiarity with identity management concepts, Identity lifecycle, governance, certification campaigns, segregation of duties, reporting and auditing, zero trust architecture
  • Demonstrable knowledge in integrating Active directory, SAP, Salesforce and other systems for provisioning , reconciliation, access reviews.
  • Familiarity with LDAP, Database(IBM Db2,Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres)
  • Knowledge of Java Programming Language along with Application Server like IBM WebSphere, IBM Liberty, Tomcat, JBoss
  • Networking, OS(windows, Linux) and Kubernetes (OpenShift),HTTP,HTML,CSS
  • Experience in troubleshooting HTTP issues
  • Knowledge of SAML,OIDC,SSL/TLS
  • Familiarity with an identity management systems like IBM, Oracle, Ping, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt
