Basic skills and competencies required:

  • Good Knowledge of Internet and MS Office.
  • Experience 3 to 5+ years
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Full-time on call support to clients & End user (Customers). (Voice Support).
  • Managing queries of Product Issues, CCTV & Network Configuration, Network Troubleshooting, etc.
  • Understand & provide relevant solution to the query of customers.
  • Ensuring the customer is satisfied with the solution.
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide the accurate solution.
  • Provide call back in case of unavailability of solution. Ensure the appropriate solution is provided to the customer and check for acknowledgement from customer for resolution of issue.   • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or Superior.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged on the relevant account / system / software.
  • Document technical knowledge in form of notes and manuals.
  • Basic understanding of Security Surveillance & Networking like Switches, Routers etc.

Rotational Shifts:

Morning Shift- 08.30 AM 05.30 PM

General Shift 09.30 AM 06.30 PM

Afternoon Shift 12.00 PM 09.00 PM
