Must-Have:

1. Minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Angular, Node.JS.
2. Proven experience in leading development teams and projects.
3. Proven experience in Frontend Development, 
4. Proficiency in CRUD operations and unit testing framework like Jest.
5. In-depth knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical challenges.
7. Effective communication and leadership abilities.
