About the Role

Were seeking a dynamic and hands-on Architect/Tech Lead to anchor our Partner-Led Growth (PLG) strategy. This role is central to enabling partner success, accelerating go-to-market with our first paying customers in the Global North markets, and delivering high-quality implementations at scale. You will be the technical front for both partners and customers helping close deals, building technical capacity in the ecosystem, and ensuring smooth delivery.

The role combines customer-facing pre-sales responsibilities, deep engagement with partner teams, and ownership of implementation excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Architect/Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React to design and deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications that can be adopted at scale and speed. The role involves defining architecture, leading design discussions, implementing best practices, and guiding teams in building robust solutions. You should have deep knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps pipelines, and various deployment platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, architectural vision, and hands-on coding ability are essential. Experience with databases, security best practices, and performance optimisation is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Go-to-Market Acceleration

  • Drive rapid onboarding of our first paying customers, ensuring smooth technical setup, customization, and launch.
  • Collaborate closely with partners who prime deals, engage in sales cycles, and lead implementations.
  • Provide technical leadership in both pre-sales and post-sales phases to accelerate partner-driven GTM.
  • Designing and building innovation layers so that products can be demonstrated and implemented at scale and speed

Partner Enablement & Support

  • Train and enable partner sales and tech teams on our product, architecture, and narrative.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to partners across both types of GTM motions:

RFP-based Sales: Support partners in crafting technically sound, compelling responses.

Sole-Sourced Deals: Co-create demos and solution walkthroughs, and post-deal, lead technical development for deployment.

  • Build and maintain reusable technical assets, including demo environments, architecture templates, onboarding kits, and playbooks.

Customer Engagement

  • Directly engage with end customers during discovery, demo, and solutioning phases.
  • Own architecture and delivery plans for custom implementations.
  • Align technical delivery with customer goals, success metrics, and contractual commitments.

Product & Platform Leadership

  • Be the ultimate escalation point for all product-related technical questions, challenges, and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions are performant, secure, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.
  • Work closely with the core product team to relay field insights and influence the roadmap.

Consulting & Support Services

  • Deliver architecture and implementation consulting to partners and customers as part of our service offerings.
  • Collaborate with product support teams to ensure high-quality resolution of issues and strong post-deployment experiences.

Project Management

What Success Looks Like

  • First paying customers onboarded quickly and successfully.
  • GTM and Implementation partners are technically enabled and independently delivering value.
  • Clear technical differentiation in RFP responses and demo-led deals.
  • Reduced friction in partner implementations through reusable assets.
  • Tangible partner and customer impact on product evolution.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
  • Experience in partner-led GTM environments or enterprise solution consulting.
  • Strong architectural skills in building scalable, secure platforms (cloud-native preferred).
  • Excellent demo creation and technical storytelling abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work across partner, customer, and internal teams.
