Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Use advanced sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean searches, to attract top technical talent
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple APAC countries
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team needs
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Coordinate and participate in technical interviews and post-interview evaluations
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to maintain a competitive recruitment strategy
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven experience hiring across APAC regions (e.g., India, Australia, New Zealand, etc.)
- Familiarity with IT and technical roles, including software development, cloud technologies, and DevOps
- Experience in lateral, volume, and niche hiring
- Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, Keyword search
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and stakeholders
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage recruitment timelines effectively
