Role n Responsibilities:

1 Lead by example and drive a team of size ~5-10 to ensure defect free and on time delivery as per schedule

2 Lead daily scrum calls and business requirement and demo sessions.

3 Requirement & Design Document preparation as per requirements

4 Design FileNet Solution/Develop various functionalities as per requirements.

5 Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

6 Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

7 Groom and mentor team members on knowledge and technology needed for project
