Location - Pune, Hybrid

Shift timings - 2pm to 11pm (cab facility is provided)


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Additional equivalent work experience of three (4)years may be substituted for degree requirement, and minimum 3 years of experience in implementing SRE functions, or a related field.
  • Experience with any 3 of the 5 following instrumentation tools such as Dynatrace/NewRelic/Grafana, Splunk/ELK, Blue Triangle, Quantum Metrics and Adobe Analytics and creating monitoring solutions. Also, additional similar tools to Blue triangle/Quantum Metrics will be considered.
  • Well versed with Systems Design Understanding (HA, Scalability, Observability, IaC, CI/CD pipelines)and Operational KPIs for SREs(SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, Error Rate, Latency, Availability/Uptime, Incident Metrics, Change Failure Rate, Capacity & Resource Utilization)
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell or JSON to reduce manual efforts and automate toil using mentioned languages.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux system understanding. Identify and troubleshoot system performance issues.
  • Well versed with cloud environment AWS/Azure(Azure storage, Azure Native services, Event Hub, Caching, postgres/cosmos DB, Azure monitor, etc).
  • Experience in containerized technologies & applications (Fundamentals and advance Docker/Kubernetes/AKS/KEDA)
  • Well versed with IBM WebSphere, Apache tomcat, Node JS, ActiveMQ/IBM MQ. Troubleshooting of application and JVM config tuning for better performance and services stabilization.
  • Knowledge on JIRA, Confluence/WIKI, Service Now.
  • Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues at scale.
