Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Support Analyst to provide production and application support in a hybrid environment. The role requires strong Unix, Oracle, and batch scheduling expertise, along with flexibility to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications
  
• Monitor systems and troubleshoot incidents using Dynatrace
  
• Handle batch job scheduling and failures using Autosys
  
• Perform SQL analysis and data validation using Oracle
  
• Support BI and WebSphere-based applications
  
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams
  
• Ensure SLA adherence and system stability
  
• Prepare and maintain support documentation
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Unix/Linux
  
• Expertise in Oracle SQL
  
• Shell scripting
  
• Autosys job scheduling
  
• Monitoring tools: Dynatrace
  
• Knowledge of BI applications
  
• Working knowledge of WebSphere Application Server
  
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (night & weekend support)
  

Education

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
