Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

• Develop automated workflows using Discoverer to improve process efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) or a related field.
• Strong understanding of event management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in developing custom modules within ServiceNow platform.
