Summary:Seeking an IAM professional with 6-7 years of experience, specializing in ForgeRock AM, ForgeRock IDM, and ForgeRock DS. Proficient in SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth), troubleshooting, and production support.

Roles and Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain ForgeRock AM across various environments.Provide production support, perform debugging, and resolve Priority 1 and 2 incidents.Develop and enforce policies for SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and MFA.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and propose problem management strategies.Deliver service activity reports and ensure smooth IAM operations.Collaborate with stakeholders for IAM integrations and continuous enhancements.

Professional & Technical

Skills:Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, and policy enforcement.Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SOAP, and WS-Security.Skilled in Java, JavaScript, and API development.Proficient in LDAP, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and application server environments.Experienced in RCA, debugging, and resolving high-priority issues.Proven ability to optimize IAM systems and provide effective break-fix support.

Additional Information:IAM or ForgeRock certifications are a plus.Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.Willing to take on complex IAM challenges and support ongoing improvements.
