Role & responsibilities

• Extract material master data from Excel templates accurately and create new material records in SAP S4/HANA.
• Maintain and update existing material master data within SAP as required.
• Validate data correctness and completeness before and after entry into SAP.
• Follow standard operating procedures and workflows for material master data creation and updates.
• Assist in troubleshooting data entry issues and escalate to SAP functional teams when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company data governance and quality policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in data entry, ideally working with SAP material master data or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA and familiarity with Material Management (MM) module is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of materials management and inventory processes.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in data migration from Excel to SAP or other ERP systems.
• Understanding of material master record structure and fields in SAP.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data with precision.
