Oracle L3 Skills:

• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Oracle databases (12c/19c/21c/23ai).
• Manage Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN backups, and recovery operations.
• Perform performance tuning at database and SQL levels.
• Conduct database capacity planning and growth management.
• Provide L3-level support for complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop permanent resolutions.
• Collaborate with L2 teams for escalation handling and knowledge transfer.
• Review recurring incidents and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop automation scripts.
• Integrate database operations into CI/CD pipelines for agile delivery.
• Perform AWR/ASH report analysis, indexing, and query optimization.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and apply tuning best practices.
• Implement and manage database auditing, encryption (TDE), and user access controls.
• Implement security baselines and ensure compliance with customer policies
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and scripts repository.
• Provide mentorship and training to L2 and L1 support teams
