Scope & Responsibilities
- Understand order fulfillment and logistics processes.
- Assist in mapping operational workflows.
- Track operational KPIs such as delivery timelines and returns.
- Analyze return and delay reasons.
- Support SOP documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
