Role & Responsibilities
- Incidents and Problems (including RCA), Service Requests, Alerts and Escalation Management.
- Remediations and improvements implementation (Change Management).
- Quality and performance Supervision.
- Capacity and Obsolescence Management.
- Asset and CMDB Management.
ACTIVITIES
- Follow-up of actions plans and backlogs.
- Contribution to crisis/escalation meetings and taskforces.
- Definition of operation plans and attendance to Global Roadmap for changes planning management.
- Management of Network Infrastructures/Solutions Lifecycle (EOS IN/OUT, Obsolescence, vulnerabilities, maintenance) and Capacity. Evolution of Services Catalog and lead New services Transfer-To-Operate activities (Monitoring/Alerting, Backup, Documentation, Operating Model).
- Attendance to Governance and performance reviews Follow-up of Continuous Improvement Plan.
TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT
- Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- WAN and Interconnections: SD-WAN VeloCloud, AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, IPSEC, GRE.
- LAN/WIFI (Switching/Routing/Segmentation): Cisco, Cisco ACI, Meraki.
- Load-Balancing: F5 LTM, AWS ALB/NLB.
- Filtering/VPN/IPS : Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
- User Proxy and Remote Access: Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
- Observability and Performance: Icinga, ThousandEyes, Kibana, Grafana, Netscout.
- Automation: Ansible, TerraForm, GitLab, Jenkins.
- DDI: EfficientIP, Microsoft, F5, Route53.
- ToIP: Microsoft Teams, Direct routing, SIP, H323, Audiocodes SBC, ARM, OVOC, Tendfor, Moyobi.
- Contact Center: Nice CXone.
- Videoconferencing: CVI (PexIP), MTR .
REQUIREMENT
Candidate should be flexible to work in rotational shift (including night shifts) with rotational week off.
Graduated in the IT field or equivalent, you have more than 5 years of experience in IT Production in particular in Network and telecom domain. Network technical skills are required.
A good understanding of all the building blocks of the information system, application layers, servers, virtualization, Cloud will be appreciated.
