Responsibilities:

- MySQL installation and database configuration

- MySQL version upgradation

- Handling database servers with high transactional systems

- Working on various storage engines like InnoDB, MyISAM, TokuDB

- Working on database schema and SQL queries

- Database user creation and access management

- Handling database backup and crash recovery

- Troubleshooting backup dump issues

- Query optimization

- Configure and manage master-slave and master-master replication

- Disk space management

- Handling huge database tables with purging and table optimization

- Working on event scheduler and cron job scheduling

- Database performance tuning and troubleshooting

- Working on multi-MySQL instance and multi-MySQL DB setup on a single server

- Managing team members and supporting issue resolution

- 24/7 production database support
