- Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for a diverse set of manufacturing IT applications to ensure reliable, compliant operations.
- Lead root cause analysis, manage configuration changes, and drive application enhancements.
- Collaborate with global IT, business, and vendor teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Support upgrades, patching, and validation activities aligned with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data-integrity principles.
- Provide user training, onboarding, and detailed support documentation.
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation for incidents, configuration changes, and validations.
- Promote standard practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing IT applications.
- Knowledge of MES, SCADA, historian, or batch-management systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory and GxP-validated environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
