Required Experience


  • 2 - 4 years of experience in providing L2/L3 support in telecom domain, product SBC/IP PBX or Recording platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical issues. Encouraging free and open exchange of technical ideas and suggestions and working with regional and global management to implement approved projects.
  • Ability to provide excellent and ongoing support to other NICE business teams as needed to solve customer and product issues in a timely manner.
  • Bachelors in Electronics and communication Engineering or other technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • CCNA, CCNP Certification, SBC Certification - advantage
  • AWS Certifications - advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain cooperative working relationships within a global, diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work in typical office environment, using standard office computer equipment
  • Ability to work with data center or on-premises environment, standing for extended periods of time while performing maintenance duties.
  • ability to deal directly with internal and external customers in a friendly, supportive manner to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues regarding NICE hosted performance, security, availability, and reliability
  • Nice/Verint or any other recording platform experience advantage
  • Experience working with voice and data networks in the capacity of troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Microsoft operating systems, Networking, SQL, Security and VoIP technology.
  • Knowledge of Public or Private cloud.
  • Telephony Experience with most common PBX, Switch and ACD Vendors - Avaya, Nortel, Aspect, Siemens and Cisco ? advantage.
  • Experience of working in medium or large teams. Must be a Team player.
  • Well represents NICE in front of customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Copes well with conflicts and can resolve them.
  • Perform system analysis and integration with other communications services and technologies
  • Utilize proprietary and industry standard tools and technologies to monitor, isolate and interpret communications related to network traffic and faults e.g., WireShark, TraceSM, TraceSBC, etc.
  • Deep understanding of SIP, H.323 and TCP/IP stack
  • Experience with AWS Cloud - advantage
  1. Position may be required to work at a computer terminal and desk for long periods of time on projects.
  2. May be required to travel between main offices, co-location facilities, and other NICE worldwide locations.
  3. Ability to work in rotational shifts (IST, BST & PST time zone) and weekends as and when required.
