Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Application Support to join our team. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 production/application support for Java-based applications.
- Analyze application logs using Log4j, Splunk to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Debug application issues and collaborate with development teams.
- Execute SQL/Oracle queries for data validation and issue analysis.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud-based environments.
- Monitor applications and batch jobs using job scheduling tools.
- Ensure application availability, performance, and SLA adherence.
- Participate in shift and weekend support rotations
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Required Skills
Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain.
Exposure to microservices and Linux/Unix environments.
- Strong proficiency in Java, SQL/Oracle, and Angular.
- Hands-on experience in Java production/application support (L2).
- Good understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and cloud environments.
- Experience with log monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain.
Exposure to microservices and Linux/Unix environments.
