Role: IT Platform Analyst Vertex

Job Location: Bangalore

• IT Analyst having ~10years of relevant experience of hands-on configuration experience on Vertex and the related SAP FICO parts.
• Good understanding of Sales & Purchase flows, which drive indirect taxation.
• Interaction with Tax department in giving the solutions and technical support in Vertex - o-series.
• Configuring the Tax payers and all the related requirements in Vertex O-series 9.0 for a Company code Go-live.
• Configuring the TaxAssist rule in o-series 9.0 .
• Worked on Vertex 6.0 to 8.0 or 8.0 to 9.0 Migration.
• Worked on Vertex 9.0 End to End Testing.
• Vertex Accelerator configuration based on requirements - Tax code defaulting/ Country tax code setting/ Accelerator reports/ troubleshooting via SIC logs.
• Worked on LCR Dixon - Vendor Recon and Diagnose Tax part.
• Configured end to end Goods flow in Vertex O series with Origin and Destination country setup.
• Configured Taxability drivers/ Taxability Mappings / Taxability Rules etc. in Vertex O series based on the business requirement.
