Employment Information
- Provide end-to-end functional and operational support for SAP Ariba modules (SLP, Contracts, Sourcing, Buying).
- Act as the primary contact for end users requiring troubleshooting, issue resolution, or process guidance.
- Organize and lead support-related meetings including scheduling, facilitating discussions, tracking actions, and driving closure.
- Collaborate with Innomotics teams, buyers, requesters, and technical experts to resolve complex incidents and service requests.
- Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend process, configuration, or system improvements.
- Support onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across procurement users globally.
- Assist with testing activities related to new features, enhancements, releases, and system upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Maintain documentation related to support procedures, recurring issues, FAQs, and system changes.
- Education & Experience.
- Experience in procurement domain (applications or operations).
- Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules Buying, Sourcing, Contracts (SLP knowledge preferred).
- Experience with ticketing systems (eg, ServiceNow, Jira) and handling user requests.
- Technical Skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- SAP Ariba user interface and administration familiarity.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and process documentation (SharePoint, etc).
- Functional Knowledge.
- Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement best practices.
- Awareness of procurement compliance and global process standards.
- Soft Skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to translate technical topics into business-friendly language.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative team player.
