Role Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end IT & infrastructure operations across corporate office and multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and connectivity across HO & factories
• Handle hardware lifecycle: laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, biometric & access systems
• Support and manage ERP, HRMS, email systems, antivirus, and licensed software
• Provide IT support to factory operations (shop-floor terminals, weighbridge, production systems)
• Ensure cybersecurity, data backup, disaster recovery & business continuity
• Manage IT vendors, AMCs, ISPs, and cost optimization
• Maintain IT documentation and support audits (ISO/compliance)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics
• 8 to 12 years of IT & infrastructure experience
• 3 to 5 years supporting manufacturing plants / multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software & IT security
• Willing to travel to factory locations (Outskirts of Mumbai and Gujarat)

Preferred

• Experience in chemical / manufacturing industry
• SAP & audit exposure
