We re looking for someone who brings a mix of technical capability, independence, and curiosity.
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Have 3+ years experience in a hands-on IT engineering, support, or similar role, with exposure to growing or fast-changing environments
- Are comfortable owning technical work end to end, from investigation through to delivery, rather than just responding to tickets
- Have hands-on experience working with modern IT platforms such as Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, device, or vulnerability management tooling
- Understand how IT operations, security, and service reliability need to scale as a business grows, and why structure and process matter
- Have awareness of information security frameworks and controls (e.g., ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials), and how they translate into practical policies, processes, and user behaviour
- Communicate clearly and confidently, and are comfortable working with people at all levels of the business, including senior stakeholders
- Are happy working with ambiguity, changing priorities, and evolving processes, and know when to ask for help
- Value ownership and accountability, bring a practical problem-solving mindset, and are keen to keep learning and developing
- A Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or similar (preferred)
This role might not be the right fit if you re looking for:
- A highly structured environment where work is tightly scoped and planned months in advance
- A role focused purely on first line support with limited ownership
- Very narrow responsibilities with little opportunity (or expectation) to step outside your lane
