Experience: 

• Three to four years of experience in SAP support of SD and MM modules 
• Order to cash process - Document types, Item Category, Local Sales, Export Sales, Sample Sales, SEZ Sales, Pricing, Discounts, Schemes, Delivery, Billing and Taxation 
• Procure to Pay - PR, PO, Document Types, Item Category, Account Assignment, Movement Types, and Inventory Management 
• Integration with other modules like QM, PP, and FICO
• ITSM process and ticketing tools 

Responsibilities: 

• Resolve P1 and P2 tickets within 2 to 4 hours and 4 to 8 hours of time respectively 
• Work in the night shift
• Coordinate with the users across departments
• Resolve the tickets created by the users 
• Updating the status and issue resolution on the ticketing tool
• Documentation of resolution provided 
• Document collection from users and other stakeholders - update on the ticketing tool
• Daily and weekly update of the status of tickets

Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering (any specialisation)

Functional Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Creating Pivot Tables
• Must - Attention to detail, with a keen eye on catching errors and lapses in data and solution.
• Good communication skills
• Should follow up on tickets promptly
