Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of enterprise-grade IoT solutions across diverse environments.

- Define architecture and system integration strategy for IoT deployments, including edge, cloud, and on-premise components.

- Manage end-to-end IoT infrastructure: from device provisioning and gateway configuration to data pipeline and analytics integration.

- Collaborate with product, security, cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure cohesive and secure implementations.

- Drive standardization of best practices across deployment projects including security, performance, and maintainability.

- Lead field rollouts, POCs (proof of concepts), and large-scale implementations with internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain documentation, configuration guides, and SOPs for implementation and support teams.

- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and conduct code/device reviews.

- Continuously evaluate and implement new IoT technologies and standards to improve system performance and scalability.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in deploying and implementing IoT solutions, with a strong foundation in both hardware and software.

- In-depth experience with IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, Modbus, OPC-UA, BACnet.

- Proven experience with edge computing platforms (e.g., Azure IoT Edge, AWS Greengrass, Cisco IOx, etc.).

- Strong working knowledge of IoT cloud platforms (AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT).

- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, C/C++, or other relevant programming/scripting languages.

- Extensive experience in networking, firewalls, VPNs, and secure device onboarding (TLS, certificate management, PKI).

- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, gateways, edge devices, and sensor integration.

- Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing technical projects from conception to delivery.

- Strong understanding of IoT cybersecurity, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks.
