Shift Timing: 2 PM - 11 PM IST

Good to Have Skills & Certifications:
- CompTIA Server+ would be appreciated.
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate would be appreciated.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert would be appreciated.
- Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service, Sales, and Project Operations is VERY much appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will serve as the L2 / L3 point of contact for internal support issues and requests.
- Experience with the creation and management of virtual machines (e.g., AVDs)
- In-depth understanding of Cloud administration and applications, specifically Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, Entra, and azure services (Microsoft tenant structures)
- Understand DNS configuration, name resolution, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of creating and managing Group Policies for centralized configuration and security settings.
- Microsoft Intune experience
- Proficiency in managing operating systems (Windows 10/11) with some Mac (MacOS) knowledge.
- Basic understanding of coding/scripting (e.g., PowerShell), network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Experience using a helpdesk ticketing system. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics customer service helpdesk software a plus.
- Familiarity in implementing internal company security measures, handling access controls (permissions), protecting against threats, and knowledge of Microsoft defender.
- Working knowledge of data encryption applications / software
- Basic understanding of ethical hacking and penetration testing
- Microsoft Dynamic Sales and Project knowledge a huge plus.
- Internal point of contact for all client Security Compliance requests, a program implemented at the customer onboarding level. This included the following activities:
- Utilizing current documentation to complete these requests within the set SLA period.
- Understanding our basic security configurations
- Understanding the basic concept of SOC 2 (Service Organization Control 2) for auditing and reporting on the security, availability, processing integrity, etc.
- Working directly with Sales on questions / issues within these Security Compliance requests.
- Creation of a Security Compliance database (to help streamline the process)
