Project Role Description :Support clients to design, build and run an agile, scalable IT infrastructure that is standardized and optimized to deliver operational efficiencies, improve employee and workplace performance and meet dynamic business demands. Apply infrastructure improvements across the workplace, network, data center and operations as well as provide resources to manage and run the infrastructure on a managed or capacity services basis.

Summary:As an Infrastructure Consulting Practitioner, you will support clients in designing, building, and running an agile and scalable IT infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize operational efficiencies, enhance employee performance, and adapt to the ever-changing demands of the business environment. You will apply infrastructure improvements across multiple domains, including workplace, network, data center, and operations, ensuring that the solutions provided are both standardized and optimized for maximum effectiveness.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesExpected to be an SME.Collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals.

Additional InformationThe candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences.This position is based at our Bengaluru office.A 15 years full time education is required.
