The role will also manage other core HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and payroll compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and own end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across the organization including screening, interviewing, offer negotiation.
2. Manage hiring for IT and Digital Marketing roles.
3. Coordinate with senior panel to understand manpower requirements.
4. Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
5. Manage employee on boarding and induction process.
6. Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, Ensure timely payroll processing with accuracy in salary calculations.
7. Manage employee engagement and retention activities.
8. Support performance management and appraisal processes.
9. Handle employee grievances and act as a point of contact for HR queries.
10. Ensure compliance and manage exit formalities including full & final settlements. Guide and support junior recruitment team members.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment
Exposure to IT or Digital Marketing industry is mandatory
Good knowledge of HR generalist functions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
