Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React/Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, along with exposure to cloud and DevOps practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
  
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces
  
• Develop secure and scalable backend services and APIs
  
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases
  
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
  
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and production issue resolution
  
• Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and engineers
  

Technical Skills & Requirements

Frontend

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+)
  
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR, API routes, dynamic routing, middleware)
  
• Solid understanding of React fundamentals including hooks, component lifecycle, and state management
  
• Experience building responsive and accessible UIs using HTML5, CSS3
  
• Familiarity with modern styling tools such as Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or similar
  

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Node.js
  
• Experience with Express.js or Next.js API routes
  
• Hands-on experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, error handling, and performance optimization
  

Database

• Strong experience with MongoDB
  
  • Collections and schema design
    
  • Indexes and aggregation pipelines
    
• Understanding of data modeling and query optimization principles
  

DevOps & Cloud

• Exposure to AWS services such as:
  
  • S3
    
  • Lambda
    
  • CloudWatch
    
  • API Gateway
    
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
  
• Comfortable with command-line tools and deploying applications to cloud environments
  

General Skills

• Strong debugging, logging, and observability practices
  
• Proficiency with Git (branching strategies, pull requests, merge workflows)
  
• Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate in a small, high-performance team
  

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices or serverless architecture
  
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress)
  
• Exposure to containerization (Docker)
