Employment Information
  • Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Own the full lifecycle of each assigned application requirement intake, evaluation, onboarding, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Maintain application inventories, version details, deployment status, and documentation.
  • Coordination & Governance.
  • Liaise between business owners, Application Portfolio Manager, and technical teams (Solution Architects, Packaging Engineers).
  • Ensure all packaging requests follow defined standards and templates.
  • Validate deployment prerequisites and readiness before release.
  • Operations & Support.
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management activities related to assigned applications.
  • Track vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation under security and compliance policies.
  • Work with SDM for escalations, SLAs, and service quality improvements.
  • Compliance & Security.
  • Ensure assigned applications comply with organization-wide security, licensing, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support vulnerability assessments, risk reviews, and regular compliance checks.
  • Documentation & Reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs, onboarding documents, version histories, deployment guides, and configuration details.
  • Share weekly/monthly reports on app health, risks, packaging progress, incidents, and usage insights.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Work closely with Business Owners, Portfolio Manager, Security, Packaging, Intune teams, and Deployment teams.
  • Provide application insights during audits, lifecycle planning, platform upgrades, and resource planning.
  • Skills & Experience Required.
  • Technical Skills.
  • Familiarity with application packaging concepts (MSI, MSIX, App-V).
  • Knowledge of deployment tools (Intune, SAMPro).
  • Understanding of Windows & macOS application compatibility.
  • Knowledge of security compliance (vulnerability management, patching, license usage).
  • Functional Skills.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage large application inventories.
  • Documentation, reporting, and process adherence.
  • Analytical thinking for troubleshooting and impact analysis.
  • Qualifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Application Management, Packaging Coordination, or IT Service Delivery.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
