Cyber Security Account Executive - Service Provider

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop a strong business plan for high growth in your designated account
  • Drive revenue growth through new franchise creation & acquisition
  • Identify major projects within the account and manage activities to increase product and services revenue
  • Build and manage opportunities from business concept to unique business value and close; manage short-term execution vs longer-term development.
  • Demonstrate executive relevance and have ability to position complex solutions at senior IT and CxO levels to win incremental business
  • Demonstrate clear awareness of the Security marketplace, trends & transitions.
  • Understand and articulate Cisco''s vision, strategy and architectural approach on Security
  • Understand and counter the competitors activity in the market.
  • Forecast and report numbers and engagements carefully, accurately and in a timely manner as requested from time to time.
  • Develop strong, successful relationships with multiple teams and at multiple levels of the Cisco account team, partner organizations, services, and marketing team.
  • Identify and collaborate with Cisco authorized Distributors, Partners and ISP''s on sales opportunities leveraging their capabilities to best effect.

Who You Are

  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience working with Reliance Jio
  • You have at least 10+ years of direct sales experience
  • You have at least 5+ years in Security specialization
  • You have positive relationships with Reliance Jio (cybersecurity domain in particlar)
  • Experience with security technologies like IDS/IPS, NGFW, SSE, XDR, Cloud Security, MFA/Identity and SIEM/SOAR solutions is highly preferred.
  • Experience in selling software is beneficial.
  • You have proven track record of successful quota achievement
  • You have experience in building a business around security solutions-
  • You demonstrate a good understanding of cybersecurity trends and evolution, market trends and challenges.
  • You have a deep understanding of key Cisco competitors in Cybersecurity.
  • You can work in teams to achieve both individual and group success
  • You have a genuine passion for cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in English language will be important to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively

  • You possesses a good understanding of complex technical sales engagements

  • You understand how to evaluate, interpret, and incorporate financial data in daily decisions to understand the organization''s financial goals and focus the efforts in solving complex customer needs.
  • Executive Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • You can build and maintain executive level relationships at customers, partners and within Cisco.
  • You have the ability to negotiate large and complex deals
  • You have the ability to present in customer/partner events

  • Strong skills in identifying and leading the appropriate resources (internal and external) required to develop and execute major strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple business units, partners and solution teams in complex business engagements to use multiple IT domains in creating vertical/segment specific solutions for our customers
  • Strategic Vision - Develops short and long-term strategy for commercial model within the country.
