About the role
In this position, you will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. You will analyze current financial systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.

What you'll do
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing financial processes and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in Fintech.
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
