Purpose of Role/Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of data-driven solutions. This role is suitable for early-career professionals with strong analytical skills and an interest in business process improvement.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interactions
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyse current (AS-IS) processes and support future (TO-BE) process design
- Assist in data analysis using Excel and basic SQL
- Support UAT activities including test case preparation and defect tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for solution implementation
- Maintain project documentation and support change management
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Skills:
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
- Basic understanding of business processes and workflows
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
Educational Qualification:
- 02 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, or data-focused roles.
