Purpose of Role/Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will work closely with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of data-driven solutions. This role is suitable for early-career professionals with strong analytical skills and an interest in business process improvement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interactions
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Analyse current (AS-IS) processes and support future (TO-BE) process design
  • Assist in data analysis using Excel and basic SQL
  • Support UAT activities including test case preparation and defect tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for solution implementation
  • Maintain project documentation and support change management
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

Skills:

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation abilities
  • Basic understanding of business processes and workflows
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks

Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate

Educational Qualification:

  • 02 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, or data-focused roles.
