Role : Blockchain Specialist

Exp : 2.5 to 6 years

Mandatory : Banking / Payment / Fintech industry

Qualifications :

- Proven experience (2+ years) working with DLT and blockchain technologies.

- Strong understanding of different blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and smart contracts.

- Experience with developing and deploying smart contracts on platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others.

- Familiarity with cryptographic principles and security considerations in blockchain implementations.

- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development, such as Solidity or Python.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about new use cases.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated experience in leading or contributing to successful blockchain projects is a plus.

- Relevant certifications in blockchain technology or DLT (such as Certified Blockchain Professional) are desirable.

Responsibilities :

- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DLT and blockchain technology.

- Identify potential use cases for DLT and blockchain within the company's operations and industry.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and objectives for DLT and blockchain projects.

- Design and develop DLT and blockchain-based solutions that address specific business challenges.

- Evaluate different blockchain protocols (such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda) to determine the most suitable technology for each use case.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of DLT and blockchain projects.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the security, scalability, and efficiency of blockchain implementations.

- Document project requirements, design decisions, and implementation details.
