Job Description:

• Provide 24x7 coverage (Rotational shifts).
• Provide additional capacity during peak season/periods.
• Good knowledge on Hub and Spoke model.
• Good knowledge on Azure Landing Zone.
• Experience and knowledge across various aspects of IT operations, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data management etc.
• Working/Implementation knowledge on Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS).
• Good experience on Patch Management / troubleshooting.
• Implement security and compliance controls in the Azure environment.
• Experience on Azure backup services, Azure Firewalls, Azure Application gateway, Azure VPN.
• Monitor and optimize Azure resources usage to ensure cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure infrastructure issues.
• Stay up to date with new Azure services and best practices for cloud infrastructure design and operations.
• Implementing Change Requests.
• Good knowledge on PAAS services.
• Good knowledge on operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and experience with incident management, change management, and problem management.
• Experience with cloud migrations, including the design and implementation of scalable, highly available, and secure Azure solutions.
• Reporting and conducting Governance call.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Any Degree
• 2-4 years hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Good communication skills.
• AZ-900 & AZ-104 certified.Role & responsibilities
