What We?re Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled, customer-focused Pre-Sales Manager / Solution Architect specializing in AWS Cloud and Managed Services (experience with Azure/GCP is an added advantage). You will collaborate with sales teams, engage with customers, and design impactful cloud solutions that accelerate their transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges, workloads, and transformation goals.
  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized AWS cloud solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Create, present, and articulate solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and value propositions.
  • Lead technical conversations on cloud-native design, modernization, managed services, and Gen AI use cases.

Pre-Sales Support

  • Partner with sales teams to build strong pre-sales strategies and customer-focused pitches.
  • Conduct technical workshops, PoCs, demos, and customer enablement sessions.
  • Provide end-to-end technical guidance during the sales cycle.
  • Support bid responses, RFPs/RFIs, solution costing, and technical documentation.

Client Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with CXOs, architects, and decision-makers.
  • Act as a technical advisor, ensuring customers understand AWS best practices.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain strong follow-through for solution clarity, customer confidence, and satisfaction.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Collaborate with delivery, DevOps, cloud operations, and partner teams.
  • Stay updated on AWS services, cloud innovations, and emerging technologies like Gen AI.
  • Share knowledge internally through reusable assets, documentation, and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4?7 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting.
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud platforms and architectural design.
  • AWS Certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate/Professional) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record supporting sales cycles and contributing to revenue.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Deep knowledge of AWS; exposure to Azure/GCP is a plus.
  • Strong documentation, presentation, and demo-building capabilities.
  • Customer-centric problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create architecture docs and cost optimization models.
