Associate Tech Lead
Role Summary
We are looking for an Associate Tech Lead who will own technical delivery and drive development as a senior leader. This role requires someone who takes end-to-end responsibility, leads by example, and ensures high-quality, scalable product development.
You will work closely with product and business teams while mentoring engineers and making key technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of features and systems.
- Drive technical decisions, architecture, and design patterns.
- Be hands-on with development while ensuring code quality and scalability.
- Lead requirement analysis, system design, and solution development.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code/design reviews, and raise engineering standards.
- Enforce best practices, coding standards, and agile processes.
- Identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and ensure reliable delivery.
- Collaborate with PMs, BAs, and Architects for planning and execution.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 - 10 years of relevant software development experience.
- Proven experience in technical ownership or leadership roles.
Core Technical Skills
- Strong fundamentals in OOPS, interfaces, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET (4.5+ / .NET Core).
- Experience building Web APIs, Angular-based applications, and backend services.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Experience with product-based development and agile methodologies.
Good to Have
- Exposure to AWS / Azure, cloud-native systems.
- Knowledge of IoT, distributed systems, or system architecture.
- Experience with web and/or mobile application development.
