1. Knowledge in Banking Domain Payment, Wealth Management, Cards, Loans, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking.
2. IT Service Management ? handling incidents, tasks, change requests, and problems tickets to satisfactory resolution within SLA standards.
3. Providing 2nd and 3rd level application tier support. Responsible for troubleshooting more complex issues as passed by the Service Desk (Level 1) as it relates to applications and their usage.
4. Knowledge in systems and technologies, SQL and Strong knowledge in Banking Doman (wealth management, Core banking, Consumer Retail, Loans , Payment Services)
