Manage end-to-end ALM for the assigned portfolio, including Certification Management.
Coordinate onboarding of new applications, data collection, compliance checks, and operational readiness.
Maintain repository of application metadataOwner, Domain, Vendor, Install Method, Dependencies, Support model.
Prioritize packaging, remediation, patching, and compliance needs across Application Managers.
Work with Solution Architect for complex packaging or compatibility scenarios.
Track license, certifications, version currency, and supportability (EOL/EOS).
Enable risk assessment and remediation plans for vulnerabilities and non-compliant apps.
Drive audit readiness and support documentation.
Train Application Manager.
Control budget for the licenses.
License Management and coordination with vendor and internal Procurement team (Ariba).
Coordinate with SDM on service metrics, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Technical Skills.
712 years in application management, governance, or enterprise architecture.
Understanding of application taxonomy, application lifecycle, compatibility, OS dependencies.
Strong experience with ServiceNow, Intune, MSIX packaging process, deployment rings.
Familiarity with security review, certification checks, and application hardening.
Experience with compliance dashboards, portfolio reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
ITIL certification preferred.
