Palantir’s legal team is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to join a team that strives to cultivate Palantir’s philosophy, connects with folks across the global Palantir community, and sees itself as key to Palantir’s mission. As a Stock Plan Administrator, you are excited about contributing to the end-to-end administration and strategy of Palantir’s global equity incentive plans and are comfortable navigating the complex ownership structure of an established company. Above all, you are eager to contribute to a dynamic company solving some of the world’s hardest problems.Core ResponsibilitiesAdminister an equity program on a global scale, including transaction processing and data entry, reconciliations/audits for quality control and SOX compliance, and related tax reporting.Collaborate with finance, people operations, legal, and other teams to anticipate, implement and/or address equity compensation matters with precision and approachability.Optimize processes and workflows for efficiency, including complex integrations within various platforms and other operations related to global equity administration to automate and streamline the processing of equity transactions.Develop communications and learning resources for current, former, and potential employees about equity compensation.What We Value3+ years of experience as a stock administrator or other equity professional; Certified Equity Professional is a plus.Knowledge of public company equity administration, including options, RSUs, related SEC reporting and the implementation and administration of ESPPs; experience with Section 16 filings and 10b5-1 plans would be a plus.Ability to work with formulas, pivot tables and other features of Excel and experience using stock plan administration platforms.Effective verbal and written communicator who can display discretion and integrity in all interactions.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines, collaborate with cross functional teams and build and improve processes.This role can be based out of one of our offices (including Palo Alto, Seattle, NYC, DC or others); or can be fully remote from anywhere in the US.
