As a Senior Travel & Expense Operations Analyst, you’ll join a team responsible for streamlining our systems and processes to align with our expanding global business footprint. You’ll help manage our expense system (Concur), global corporate card programs, day to-day expense reporting and auditing operations, and business communications and education. You’ll need to be able to push forward multiple priorities, balance business needs with finance requirements, and have fantastic customer service.Core Responsibilities Administer our employee expense reimbursement program, manage inquiries, and provide training to global employees.Process and audit expense reports to validate accounting and ensure compliance.Manage day-to-day operation of our global corporate card program, including resolving customer service and technology issues.Develop reports on various Travel & Expense operational and compliance metrics.Support global policy development.Build and maintain knowledge base.What We Value5+ years relevant travel and expense operational experience.Experience with SAP Concur Travel and Expense Management software solution and NetSuite or other financial system. Knowledge of Concur’s Cognos Intelligence reporting is a plus.Ability to use data to create reports, and effectively analyze the results to inform business decisions.Ability to interact independently with the business and external suppliers. The starting salary for this position is estimated to be $75,000/year. Total compensation includes approximately $10,000/year of equity compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units, based on the recent value of the company’s stock at the time of grant. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by candidate’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
