As a Sales Recruiter at Palantir, you will directly scale Palantir’s business and impact by identifying and attracting top talent for our Sales organization. The role will constantly challenge you to think creatively about how to drive and meet hiring results. You will partner with vendors and be responsible for directing and executing a global recruiting strategy. You’ll also own Recruiting partnerships and guide stakeholders through the entire hiring process – navigating a variety of nuanced situations along the way. Core ResponsibilitiesDesign and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates.Use key data and metrics to maintain accountability to deliver hiring goals. Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand critical business needs and design a recruitment strategy that will efficiently grow Sales teams on a global scale.Actively generate a talent pipeline by leveraging referrals, partnering with agencies, engaging with external recruiting partners, and more.Provide an excellent candidate experience from the first call through to offer.What We Value3+ years of full life cycle recruiting, ideally with 1+ year of recruiting for senior level sales talent.Interest and willingness to support hiring beyond Sales if and when needed.Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.Dedication to creating a more diverse and equitable work environment including experience improving a previous employer’s diversity recruiting strategy.Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs and generate new solutions to recruiting challenges.Critical and data-driven approach to managing candidate pipelines and stakeholders.Strong problem solving skills and proven history of building processes from the ground up.We believe that all Palantirians share the responsibility of upholding our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
