The Role
Palantir is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to join our Compliance function within the Legal Team. A mission of our compliance function is to proactively provide compliance advice to the business, in an effort to support Palantir’s federal government business. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting teams across the business navigate regulatory requirements. You will play an integral part in strategically developing our compliance program in a constantly shifting landscape, so that Palantir achieves our goals.

You enjoy being innovative when solving problems and draw on strong analytical reasoning to recommend appropriate solutions. Delivering complex information using strong communication and interpersonal skills will aid you in achieving team wins. Although, this role is focused on US regulatory compliance and ethics, you will have a flexible attitude to assist with the changing needs of the business. Core Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with business functions as a key point of contact, building a high degree of confidence and trust.Support the development, continuous maintenance and delivery of the compliance program.Provide training to employees, and senior managers regarding the Code of Conduct and other company policies.Evaluate and advise on legal and regulatory risks, conflicts and general compliance issues.Develop policies and processes to ensure that Palantir is complying with applicable regulatory laws.Proactively interact with regulators as a means of building effective relationships, to improve Palantir’s compliance program.Build, lead and deliver key compliance projects.What We ValueJD with 5+ years of firm, in-house or government experience.
