The Role
We’re looking for a Communications Operations Analyst – Programming to join a cross-functional group of creatives who are responsible for communicating Palantir’s work and values. As a Communications Operations Analyst – Programming, you’ll work with teams across the organization to manage external-facing creative projects. You will operate unified project management systems and drive improvements and updates to these systems based on project flow and team needs.
In this role, you will be entrusted with driving deliverables that are important to Palantir’s business and culture through to completion. You will need to be self-motivated and accountable to stakeholders across the business. As you manage complex project requirements complex project requirements and interpersonal dynamics, you will need to be innovative, collaborative, and willing to hear and respond to feedback. The role and its surrounding organization aren’t rigidly defined, so it’s important that you can navigate an unstructured environment with savvy to fulfill critical Communications initiatives.Core ResponsibilitiesAct as liaison between Communications and partnering teams, including Marketing, Media, Sales, Customer Experience, Investor Relations and othersWork with Content Strategists and Designers to develop new project briefs, identify scopes of work, and track timings and financials on projectsWork closely with Production partner/Agencies, standing up and managing relationships and specific projects, ensuring Palantir receive the best service both in terms of creativity, output and costCraft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable the teams / projects you support to use their resources most effectivelyOwn overarching projects, build new resources, processes, and content; and otherwise contribute to the broader Comms mission.Clearly communicate prioritization and deadlines to stakeholders, building trust with cross-functional teams.What We ValueA problem-solving mindset.
