The Role
We’re looking for a Producer to join a cross-functional group of creatives who are responsible for communicating Palantir’s work and values. Our scope is broad, and we work on projects that span internal, external, and client communications, all while contributing to the development of Palantir’s global communications strategies.
As a Producer, you’ll work alongside Content Strategists and Designers and a wide range of partners that may change per project. Your main role will be as the operational backbone on key programming initiatives spanning across mediums such as video and live streamed events. You’ll supervise and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate business partners’ needs in order to enable your creative counterparts to be as productive and impactful as possible. You’ll also craft and implement processes to streamline workflows and scale your team’s reach.

This role and its surrounding organization aren’t rigidly defined, so it’s important that you can navigate an unstructured environment and pick up new skills along the way.Core ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate the multiple phases of a project from start to finish.Scope projects and resource appropriately based on business need.Build pre-production and post-production timelines and align all partners around dates and results.Keep projects to schedule. Wrap up projects on time and to budget.Debrief projects and share takeaways with the creative team for future projects.Maintain effective communication across various channels throughout the duration of a project.Manage relationships, contracts, payments, and communications with external vendors.Collect data, interpret results, and share reporting to gain new insights.Build new operational workflows when needed and iterate on existing ones.Procure new infrastructure when needed and iterate on existing infrastructure.Help build a collaborative and transparent work environment.What We ValueStrong organization and problem-solving skills.You should be able to anticipate challenges and complications, multitask in a rapidly-changing environment, and use good judgement in making appropriate tradeoffs when balancing multiple priorities.Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to other Palantir offices, external conferences, and field events is required.Expectation to be in-office at least 3 days per week.Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing partners to deliver outstanding experiences.Strong attention to detail; including maintaining accurate records, and diligently supervising key project metrics and reporting.Experience with project and event management software; proficiency with Asana, Trint,, Jira and Splash is a plus.Experience with procurement platforms; proficiency in Coupa and Docusign is a plus.Palantir is committed to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion and is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
