The Role
We’re looking for a Communications Operations Analyst to join a cross-functional group of operators and analysts who are responsible for executing on internal initiatives that support Palantir’s work and values. Our mandate is broad, and you’ll work on projects that span Employee Experience operational responsibilities as well as internal communications and logistics support.
Working alongside other Communications Analysts, you will be responsible for supporting projects and programs across Employee Experience, Events and Learning. As the operational backbone on key programming initiatives, you will craft, implement, and execute processes to streamline workflows and scale your team’s reach. You’ll track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate business stakeholders’ needs in order to enable company-wide programming. You are a person who loves fixing problems, creating structure, and embraces the best idea – even when it is not your own. The Communications Operations Analyst role and its surrounding organization aren’t rigidly defined, so it’s important that you can navigate an unstructured environment with savvy and pick up new skills along the way.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild and own operational workflows for Communications Operations Teams across Palantir.Coordinate logistics and internal resources for Employee Experience, Events & Learning programs (booking rooms, calendaring, de-conflicting schedules, scheduling support for) across all of our offices in the US and globally with a focus on operational excellence.Successfully execute on multiple projects, programs, and events simultaneously as and individual contributor while clearly communicating prioritization and deadlines with relevant stakeholders. Work directly with internal teams (e.g. Legal, Data Protection, Information Security, Finance, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Recruiting, etc.) to coordinate the full life cycle for vendor logistics, contracts, and payments.Partner with internal team leads to define and evaluate team specific Employee Experience objectives and outcomes.Be the primary touchpoint for new joiners as a culture guide and logistics support (office tours, hardware setup information, where to find internal resources).What We ValueBeing resourceful.
